Cargo Floor Maintenance
Generally a Cargo Floor is designed and considered to be a low maintenance moving floor. There are, however, checks that should be performed annually. The first inspection should be by the first 10 loads/unloads since inception.
Figure 1 shows the annual inspection points of the Cargo Floor unit:
Specification of the screws: M12 x 30 countersunk screws with hexagon socket,
Grade 10.9, galvanized and Dacromet coated. Tightening torque is 100-140Nm.

Annual Preventive Maintenance
To ensure that the Cargo Floor unit operates reliably and has a long life, it is important that one regularly performs the following checks:
